SERENITY IN THE PINES
Nestled in the hills between the Tuscan plain on the west and the coastal valleys of La Marche to the east, Chi Paolotti is a 300 year-old estate. Once covered in vineyards, this historic property is now heavily wooded with oak, pine and “Trees of Heaven.” Flowering in the spring and summer, Trees of Heaven shower light yellow flowers across the entrance to this wonderful farmhouse every year.

Open beam ceilings rise to 15 feet in the center, and a small balcony to the front of house allows you to keep an eye out for your many guests. Off this Great Room is the new kitchen, with all new plumbing and appliances. There is a large sala/dining room with an antique dining table. In the upstairs bedroom, windows open to the east and south. The hand-crafted tile from local artisans is throughout the top floor, restored to its original shine.
Downstairs is a large new room, for your guests or for an office or home theater. The new room is tiled in hand-crafted tile from Tuscany, with a lovely open balcony above.
